EQIP   (Environmental Quality Incentive Program)
  • No official announcement for EQIP signup has been released yet.
  • Local Work Group meeting was held Monday, September 17.
  • EQIP teleconference is going to be held October 17.
  • We have had several people interested in the program, we will contract these individuals as soon as a docket becomes available
  • Working to make sure all the active contracts have the documentation that is needed.
 
CSP    (Conservation Security Program)
  • No announcement yet on when 2008 payments can be made. 
 
CRP   (Conservation Reserve Program)
 
Wetlands
  • 266 wetland determinations were made for Fiscal Year 2007
  • 14 wetland determinations have been made for FY 2008
